## AI Search Intelligence

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Which AI assistants do you track?">
    The engine picker currently offers ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, CoPilot and Google AI Overviews. Coverage is configured per segment by Demand-Genius and is not a pricing variable. We are happy to consider adding additional models on request.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How often does the data refresh?">
    Perception, Stakeholders and Visibility run on a schedule set for your workspace, weekly by default. You can start a run at any time with **Run analysis**. Content Intelligence scores refresh on your plan's cadence, typically quarterly, and content discovery runs on the auto-update day you choose.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why do you run everything per segment?">
    AI assistants tailor answers to who is asking, and our [Conversational Context research](https://demand-genius.com/research/reports/your-ai-visibility-metrics-are-lying-to-you-how-conversational-context-shapes-ai-responses) showed this to have a big impact on your visibility. An enterprise Fintech buyer and a mid-market retail buyer typing the same prompt get different shortlists. Running with the segment as context shows what your actual buyer sees rather than a category average.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is the AI Sentiment Index?">
    A sentiment score adjusted for confidence, hedging and known model patterns. Models are positive by default, so a raw score overstates how favourably you are seen. Signal Strength, Conviction and Inflation show how much to trust it, and we wrap these into a more reliable metric. Basically, it's sentiment, just a bit more accurate than your standard score!
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I track things other than my brand name?">
    Yes. People, trademarks, products and features, methodologies and terminology attached to a brand are picked out of AI answers. See [Custom entities](/ai-search-intelligence/custom-entities). This is important - brand mentioned are rare at the top and middle of funnel (see our [Dark AI research](https://demand-genius.com/research/reports/dark-ai-and-what-actually-drives-aeo-influence)), but there are other signals you can watch out for to demonstrate brand influence.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Where did these competitors come from?">
    Some you added; some the platform found while running and added to Brands with a note that nothing has been researched yet. Enrich or delete them in Settings > Brands.
  </Accordion>

## Content Intelligence

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What do you score our content against?">
    Twelve signals rolled into five KPIs: Content Quality, AI Extractability, Citation Likelihood, Strategic Differentiation, and Accuracy & Currency. Each signal gets a three-level label; the KPI is the percentage of the maximum. See [How it works](/content-intelligence/how-it-works).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why is a page missing?">
    The crawler discovers pages from your sitemap. If a page is not in the sitemap, is behind a login or returns an error, it will not appear. Add it with **Add content** or fix the sitemap. See [Troubleshooting](/content-intelligence/troubleshooting).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can we run our own analysis?">
    Yes, with Smart Columns: a custom prompt or a template, returning a tag or text, on a 400-word sample or the full page, across 10 rows, a selection, a filter or the whole library. Smart Columns are the only thing that uses credits.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What do credits cost?">
    Between 1 and 6 credits per row depending on output type and sample size. Test on 10 rows first. See [Smart Columns](/content-intelligence/smart-columns).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I fix a wrong tag?">
    Yes. Edit any tag inline or in bulk. Manual edits are kept.
  </Accordion>

## Performance and integrations

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Will it work with our CMS?">
    Yes, any CMS. The integration is a single JavaScript snippet added once, about two minutes with CMS access. There is no per-platform connector to wait for. See [Website and tracking script](/integrations/cms-integration).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Which CRMs do you connect to?">
    HubSpot and Salesforce. Both read deal-stage progression. No other connectors exist today; others can added when a customer needs one, so feel free to reach out.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can you tell us which AI model sent us a visitor?">
    No. Model-source and UTM tracking is not built. It's on our roadmap, so do reach out if this is critical for you and we are happy to discuss.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Why is engagement data a day behind?">
    CRM data syncs once a day and per-page figures are recomputed overnight.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can we sync more than one HubSpot pipeline?">
    Yes, if you use Hubspot. Add each pipeline in the CRM configuration with its own deal value property and closed-won stage. Figures are summed across pipelines unless you filter to one.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Setup and account

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How much work is setup on our side?">
    You define the brand, segments and prompt clusters with AI drafting each step. Five to thirty minutes if your ICP is already documented. Demand-Genius usually configures the first version with you, though, as part of our service-led offering.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does it write or publish content for us?">
    No. It measures and diagnoses. It is not a CRM or a CMS, does not write or publish, and does not do PR or reputation outreach.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can a user be limited to one segment or brand?">
    No. Permissions are workspace-wide and module-level. Use a separate workspace for that.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I get a reCAPTCHA error at login">
    See [Fix the Missing reCAPTCHA Token error](/troubleshooting/recaptcha-error).
  </Accordion>
